When refunds or other resolutions may apply to guest posting, link insertion, publisher availability, cancellations, completed services, and payment disputes.
Overview
This Refund Policy explains when a refund, partial refund, replacement, account credit, or another resolution may be available for guest posting, link insertion, and related digital services purchased from Links Posting LLC.
Because our services involve independent publisher websites, refund decisions may depend on order status, publisher costs already incurred, work completed, and the specific terms confirmed for the order.
This Policy also includes a 12-month link-validity warranty for eligible placements, with replacement-first support during the warranty period and a standard cash-refund review window limited to the first 6 months after order completion.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel an order before work has begun and before any non-recoverable publisher or third-party cost has been incurred, you may request a refund of the amount paid for that service.
Publisher Rejection or Unavailability
If a selected publisher rejects a submission, becomes unavailable, or cannot provide the agreed placement before publication, we may offer a suitable alternative for approval, account credit if you agree, or a refund for the undelivered portion of the order.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different publisher or placement without informing you when your approval is reasonably required.
When We Cannot Deliver the Agreed Service
If Links Posting LLC cannot complete the materially agreed service and no acceptable alternative resolution is reached, you may be eligible for a refund of the undelivered portion of the order.
For a multi-placement order, a refund or credit will generally apply to the affected undelivered placement rather than placements that were successfully completed.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If you cancel after work has begun, any refund may be reduced by work already completed and reasonable, non-recoverable publisher or third-party costs already incurred. We will review the actual status of the order before determining the refundable amount.
Completed Services and the First 6 Months
An order is generally considered completed when the agreed guest post or link insertion has been published, the live page and requested backlink have been verified at the time of delivery, and the live URL or completion information has been sent to you.
During the first 6 months from the date of order completion, if an eligible placement issue occurs, we will review the placement and normally provide a replacement before considering a refund. Eligible issues may include the published page being removed or becoming inaccessible, the backlink being removed or broken, or the publisher adding a technical restriction such as a noindex directive that prevents the delivered page from remaining indexable.
If an eligible issue occurs within this 6-month period and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable period, the affected order may be reviewed for a refund or other appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Important: Our replacement coverage relates to the continued availability and technical condition of the delivered placement. We do not guarantee that Google, Bing, or any other search engine will crawl, index, rank, or continue displaying a page in search results.
12-Month Link Validity and Replacement Warranty
For eligible guest post and link insertion orders, Links Posting LLC guarantees that the delivered backlink will remain valid for at least 12 months from the date of order completion, subject to the conditions in this Refund Policy.
If, during that 12-month period, the publisher removes the delivered page, removes or breaks the backlink, or makes a publisher-side technical change that materially invalidates the delivered placement, contact us with the live URL and order details. We will review the issue and, where the claim is eligible, arrange a replacement placement or restore the link where reasonably possible.
Months 1–6: eligible issues are covered by our replacement process. If a suitable replacement cannot reasonably be provided, the affected order may also be considered for a refund or another appropriate resolution.
Months 7–12: eligible issues remain covered by the 12-month replacement warranty, but the standard remedy is replacement or restoration rather than a cash refund.
After 12 months: the standard link-validity warranty ends unless a longer period was specifically confirmed in writing for the order.
This warranty does not apply where a placement is affected by the customer changing, deleting, redirecting, blocking, or materially altering the target URL; by unlawful or prohibited content; by a customer-requested change; or by circumstances outside the original agreed placement that make continued publication inappropriate or impossible.
Indexing, Deindexing, and Search Engine Results
Search engines independently decide whether and when to crawl, index, rank, deindex, or display a webpage. For that reason, Links Posting LLC does not guarantee search-engine indexing, keyword rankings, traffic, Domain Authority, Domain Rating, conversions, or any other SEO result.
However, if the delivered publisher page becomes technically non-indexable because of a publisher-side change—such as the publisher adding a noindex directive—or if the page or backlink is removed, broken, or made inaccessible during the applicable warranty period, we will review the placement under the replacement terms described above.
A page simply not appearing in Google or another search engine, while the page remains live, accessible, and technically indexable, does not by itself establish a defective service or automatic refund entitlement.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged a different amount from what you authorized, contact us with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected or refunded as appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@linksposting.com and include your order or invoice number, the email used for the order, the reason for the request, and any relevant URLs, screenshots, or supporting information.
We will review the order record, fulfillment status, publisher status, payment information, and relevant communications before deciding the request.
Refund Window, Method, and Timing
Our standard cash-refund review period for completed guest post and link insertion orders is limited to the first 6 months from the date of order completion, and only where the circumstances otherwise qualify under this Refund Policy.
After 6 months from completion, a completed placement is not eligible for a standard cash refund under our internal policy. Eligible placement failures occurring between months 7 and 12 remain covered by the replacement-only warranty described above.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible. We generally aim to process an approved refund within 7–10 business days, although the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or network.
Payment-provider rights: This internal 6-month refund policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law, PayPal Purchase Protection, card-network chargeback procedures, or another payment provider's rules. Those rights and time limits are determined independently by the applicable provider.
PayPal, Card, and Other Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue directly. However, nothing in this Refund Policy prevents a customer from using dispute, chargeback, or other rights available under applicable law or the applicable payment provider’s rules.
If a PayPal claim, card chargeback, or another payment dispute is opened, we may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider, including the service description, invoice, order details, transaction ID, customer communications, publisher information, live URL, and delivery timestamp.
Eligibility for PayPal Purchase Protection or Seller Protection is determined by PayPal under PayPal’s own requirements and based on the transaction and evidence provided.
Our internal refund and replacement timeframes do not override the separate rights, deadlines, or eligibility rules applied by PayPal, card issuers, or other payment providers.
Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control
Publisher delays, technical outages, government action, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. A delay does not automatically create a refund entitlement when the service can still reasonably be completed, but we will review material delays and available resolutions in good faith.
